1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WOODWORX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices displayed are in Mauritian Rupees (Rs) and are subject to change without notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in color and grain pattern due to the natural characteristics of teak wood
  • Custom orders may incur additional charges based on specifications
  • Delivery costs are calculated separately based on your location and order size

3. Orders and Quotes

  • Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order
  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of deposit payment as specified in your quote
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Lead times vary depending on product availability and customization requirements

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required to confirm your order
  • Balance payment is due before delivery or collection
  • We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as specified
  • All payments are non-refundable once production has commenced

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is available throughout Mauritius
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on location and order size
  • You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery
  • Please inspect items upon delivery and report any damage immediately
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Product Quality

All WOODWORX furniture is crafted from premium teak wood. Please note:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not defects
  • Teak naturally weathers to a silver-grey patina when exposed to elements
  • Minor cracks or checks may develop and are characteristic of solid wood
  • We do not offer warranty as our top quality teak is built to last a lifetime with proper care

7. Returns and Cancellations

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Stock items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving returned items

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of WOODWORX and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOODWORX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mauritius.

12. WOODWORX Discovery Wheel promotion

  • One participation is available per browser for this campaign. Eligibility uses an essential browser cookie; clearing cookies or using another browser or device can affect the one-browser limit. It cannot guarantee one participation per person.
  • Every new spin wins at least 5% off. Higher discounts are weighted; the wheel illustrates possible outcomes, not equal chances. Previous no-discount entries can receive a single 5% voucher through the wheel without a new prize draw.
  • To claim an awarded voucher, provide your full name and phone number and agree to these promotion terms. These details are needed to save the voucher; marketing consent is not required.
  • WOODWORX may exclude catalog items from voucher eligibility at its discretion. Any excluded item and the reason will be shown during checkout before your order request is saved.
  • Vouchers apply only to eligible bundles: a dining table with at least two dining chairs, or at least two lounge seating pieces with a coffee table. Minimum order subtotal Rs 12,000 before discount. Other items are charged without a voucher discount. Company-excluded products do not count towards a qualifying bundle. Current promotional prices remain eligible within a qualifying bundle; delivery is excluded. A sofa or chair counts as one seating piece regardless of its number of seats. A single item, chairs alone, sun loungers or a side table do not qualify. The Rs 12,000 minimum applies only when using a voucher; orders without a voucher have no such minimum.
  • A newly claimed voucher is valid for 24 hours after its first successful claim and expires automatically at the displayed deadline. Claiming again, refreshing, reloading, or retrying does not extend its expiry. Previously issued legacy vouchers keep their existing saved expiry; the actual expiry shown for that voucher applies.
  • A voucher is single-use and is used when a discounted checkout request is successfully saved. If saving fails, it is not used. Saving a request does not confirm an order, and it remains saved even if you do not send a WhatsApp message.
  • WhatsApp is offered only as a checkout handoff. It opens a message for you to review; you must choose to press Send. Opening WhatsApp is not itself redemption or a confirmed order.
  • WOODWORX may reject an expired, already-used, invalid or otherwise ineligible voucher. The applicable voucher details and deadline are those saved with that award.
